Rain Water Problems

Welcome GB Group Construction fans and I hope your having a wonderful day today.

Yesterday we had our first rain in Northwest Arkansas in quite some time.  Here in Fayetteville and Springdale, we got quite of bit of rain all at once, which was great because we needed it so bad.

BUT, it got me to thinking of a few friends that I know that were probably slightly worried about the amount of rain that was coming down.  I knew they could possibly be getting water in their back door due to their house being built on a drastic lot and the door being somewhat unprotected.

So, what I want to talk to you a little bit about today is making sure that you home is protected from water and how to make sure that water is exiting your lot and not causing any damages.

If you are starting a home renovation or a home build, make sure that your builder is calling 1-800-ONE-CALL before doing any digging.  This call needs to be made whether your project is a remodel or a new home.

Tank’s Tip of the Week

I was driving around this week to current projects and passing construction job site after job site.
