Home Remodel and Addition: Mount Sequoyah

On the west side of Mt. Sequoyah in Fayetteville sits a fantastically transformed modern home owned by Mike White and Bao Bui. We worked with the homeowners and the architects at Modus Studio to renovate the 1980’s ranch into a sleek new look.

We began the project by adding onto the house and giving it more square footage, but the real change came from remodeling the existing home, both interior and exterior, to give it the modern look. This home now has a very straight, clean lines and lots of architectural detail with customizations specifically for the homeowners. Renovations were extensive and included: the master suite, change of roofline from a pitched roof to a near flat roof, store front windows, new paint inside and out, a change from exterior brick and siding to metal and cedar rainscreen, a new office space with cantilevered built-in desk and pop-out window, transformation of the carport to a closed-in double car garage, and the addition of 400sf of living space.

Project Spotlight: Mark and Karel Hayre of Centerton

Mark and Karel Hayre wanted to update their existing home and add space to make their home more functional for large family gatherings. We were also able to add more room to the master suite. The rest of their home got a pretty extensive face lift.

Mark and Karel were awesome to work with. They had great communication all the way through, and that allowed for a smooth process and a wonderful finished product.
