We want to to congratulate Specialized Real Estate Group for winning the 2012 LEED for Homes Award during the Greenbuild International Conference and Expo awards ceremony held on Thursday, Nov. 15 in San Francisco. The award was presented to Specialized Real Estate Group for its newly renovated 96-unit apartment “ECO MODERN FLATS” complex in central Fayetteville.
The award was one of seven presented at the ceremony conducted last week by the US Green Building Council to recognize projects, developers and homebuilders that have demonstrated leadership in the residential green building marketplace.
Jeremy Hudson, Specialized Real Estate Group partner and CEO said, “There are so many impressive projects across the country, we are honored to bring this award home to Fayetteville. “ In addition, Hudson affirmed that such award only reinforces their commitment to create multifamily communities that are best in class in NWA and the world.
“We knew that ECO was special, but it’s great to hear it on such a large stage,” Mims said. “This honor is shared with the whole team of local designers, builders, and craftsmen who created ECO Modern Flats.”
Specialized Partner and President Seth Mims, Vice President Corey Runnells, co-developer Robert Dant, and architect Chris Baribeau of Modus Studio were also present at the San Francisco award ceremony.
GB Group is proud to have been part of the Eco Modern Flats development team. We were honored to act as project management and construction consultants during the construction process.
